My Brother wish to apply for Canada immigration............He is doctor .......do not know where to start ....I just finished my immigration process already now again have to do for my brother. .....Canada have launched new express entry system .......its another lolypop like fast track ;D ......any how lets c ........on CIC website my brother profile is eligible ........
1 Recognized MD from Russia
2. Four Year Experience (3 years in UK and One year in Pakistan)
3. 6 bands in each module
4. Spouse IELTS is 5 band in Each Module ........
5. Can bring money more than 30 thousand canadian dollar to Canada .......

Now where to start ?????? This is an actually question

Firstly go on for ECA for recognition of his credentials....medical council of canada will do his degree assessment and it will take around 95- 105 days....after that fill the online EE profile with valid IELTS and ECA...And most imp to be in pool he must score pass marks of 67 as of older FSWP .. Its after that only he can fill EE profile

Ok thank you very much for your response i got it .........do you know any link for caculation of 67 points.........cause on website mean CIC it show he is eligible .......I was thinking now 67 points has been waved off now ......any how above is his detail can you calculate his point plust 5 points as relative in Canada ........

As i am thinking he will be qualify for 67 because he already have spouse 5 points (IELTS) and Blood relationship (5 Points). First ask your brother to go for WES for his education then you can go for Express Entry.

For ECA go to Medical council of canada not WES as he is a doctor....though 67 points apparently seems to be waived off but when you have to fill EE profile the very first step ...is come to canada tool which determine your eligibility as FSWP, FSTP and CEC and it is here only that 67 points come into effect...i dnt know the link to point system of FSWP but you can go through come to canada tool to check eligibility...

source verfication means they will contact the respective university that issued your degree via email or phone

i m afraid yes....he can contact his respective university regarding requirements for attestation ie whether in person is required or they can do it without him

Caddr......thanks for your response.........can you guide me for fee what is actually 260 is for account opening and right after that in bottom something is written waived off ......I pasted the matter below please read and tell me total fee please

Application for medical registration fees

There is a one-time account fee for physiciansapply.ca, which is $260 for 2014. If you previously paid it through PCRC-Online or physiciansapply.ca, you won’t be charged this fee again. Candidates who did not previously pay the account fee will be asked to pay it when creating their physiciansapply.ca account or when submitting an application for medical registration.

There will also be a fee to use the application for medical registration in physiciansapply.ca. However, the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) has waived this fee until further notice to ensure fairness for candidates who apply through the new process.

The College of Physicians & Surgeons of Alberta (CPSA) charges all candidates applying for an independent practice permit a $200 fee (plus applicable taxes) to conduct a Review of Qualifications (formerly Eligibility Review). You will be asked to pay this fee when submitting the Review of Qualifications to the CPSA through physiciansapply.ca.
The College of Physicians and Surgeons of Nova Scotia charges the following fees:
Documentation Fee – $305 (for physicians applying for a full, defined or temporary licence)
Review of Qualifications – $305 (to determine eligibility for licensure for graduates of international medical schools who have no training in Canada)

its time consuming but v simple.u just need to
open account at physiciansapply.ca den pay fee den apply for source verification request ---pay another fee
print svr request form, mbbs photocpy, passport and a id form , postal address to mcc ( plz check website for updated notarization or attestation)
wait 2--4 months for svr done...
den pay fee n request eca report.


during verification, mcc will assign u a file number n will send 2 ecfmg. ecfmg will send ur degree 2 ur college....

If fee is waived off then account will not ask about it..
