Only Bachelors degree BS(Computer Science) 4 years is enough to send to IQAS or send other SSC ,HSC?

Hi Folks,

I am sending my degree and transcripts to IQAS, my question is that , Do I have to send Matriculation Secondary School , and Higher School certificate , or My Bachelors degree is more than enough for ECA , because on CIC website their requirement is most recent degree to be sent them.
