Only 1 year pgwp. Totally messed up! No hopes at all! Any suggestions would help!

I finished my studies last year where I did 1+1 course. I got my pgwp of 1 year only which is ending in December. I had called IRCC for the reason and they said that while applying I put 2 year transcripts but did upload the completion letter for 1 year. They told me to reapply with 2 completion letters which I did it a few months ago (after 180 days though) I have done a paper application, online application and filled a web form too. Any hopes for me? Any suggestions would help. By chance if they reject and I am out of status, can I appeal or something?

All you can do is wait. Judicial review is if there was an error in law and there is no error if you didn’t submit the correct documentation. Who is “they” told you to reapply? If call centre agents, they work in a call centre and are not IRCC officers so can give out the wrong information.

If refusal I will have to leave right coz my pgwp has ended. But I hope I get the extension as I am entitled to it. I did a 2 year course. I am eligible for PR application in Healthcare on February as my 1 year will be completed. Any suggestions you could give?

You didn’t do a 2 year course. You said you took 2 one year (or 8 month) programs. How are you eligible in for PR February if PGWP expires in December? You cannot work past expiry of PGWP.
