online urgent help !

hi guys ! I applied my study permit online on 13th november and it is almost month still i haven't received my study permit and i mailed them though case specific inquiry link. today i got replay from them stating that i have to submit my education documents and ielts. but i have uploaded them when applying my study permit.now my question is
do i have to mail them the required documents using case specific enquiry or
courier them directly to delhi office.
please advice

There should be a place to upload it, check where you uploaded. Upload them again.

I can't see any upload button in mycic page and there are 2 options left with me
one- using case specific enquiry
second- mailing them directly to delhi chc

Mail them using case specific inquiry link first then wait for the outcome. If they say you need to Mail them directly to Delhi then go ahead.

Firstly check your checklist on MyCIC page, the page where you uploaded your initial documents. If there is no option to send education documents then you can use the following email ID to send your docs to Delhi Office in PDF format.
delhi.visitor @ international.gc.ca Subject should be "Requested Education Docs - S*********(Application no.)".

Review the documents u have uploaded. There must be one more upload option activated now, to upload the required documents
