Online TRV from India

My wife is in Canada on open work permit and so, I have submitted TRV (Visitor Visa) online application for Canada through CIC website on January 4, 2013 and received submission confirmation on the same day. But, I have not heard any update yet.

Which visa office received my application?
How long should I wait?
It is been 20 working days now and no response for enquiring emails. What does it mean?

Please help if anyone has any idea on this new online TRV (or) if anyone has gone through same situation?

So how long did it take for you to get the TRV? and once you received the request to submit your Passport, in which vfs office in India did you submit and how long did they take to return the stamped passports?
