can any one tell me about this "Representative Letter"? is this on behalf of the person applying? like authorization letter? and than there is also a form to be filled out which "use of a representation' imm5476?

1. If you are applying on your own, you don't require use of a representative.
2. If you are applying through consultant/lawyer you require the 5476.

Yes, you would complete IMM5476 and on question 6, under "is Uncompensated and is a", you will select "family member or friend".
