Hi, while submitting the online application for a TRV, there was problem in generating the payment receipt. Though I was able to retrieve the receipt, I wasn't able to proceed to the application submission step. Now I see my application in the completed section in my MyCIC account. I don't see any messages in the messages section either. Nor did I receive the application submitted confirmation email after 5 days. This makes me think that my application wasn't successfully submitted. I don't see any links to complete the application in my account.
I have already written to the CIC Webmaster for assistance but haven't heard back. Please advice on what my next course of action should be.
Should I send a paper application to the consulate along with the online application receipt & a covering letter explaining the problem?
