Hi guys just wanna share my timeline.. I am a Filipino(biometrics exempted) and i applied TRV Online in Riyadh Centre. My first application was refused last October 31, 2014. I submitted my second application last June 24, 2015. While i was reviewing the documents i submitted, i overlooked the birthdays of my brothers and sisters in the Family Information. Also i was worried about something that might lead to the refusal of my application because i deposited 7000SAR to my account 1 day before i took my bank statement.. I was quite nervous and hopeless because it took more than the processing times before i got a message from CiC so i was thinking that might be the reason of the delay of the processing of my application.
Unexpectedly, i received a passport request last August 5, 2015. While gathering informations on how to submit my passport someone told me here in the forum that since i have applied online no more fees needed. So i submitted my passport via Aramex last August 12 and it reached to the CVAC on August 16. Later in the afternoon, a Filipino man from the VFS called me that they could not process my passport since i have not included my payment which was not stated on the requirements to bring, so he sent me a payment instruction via email. If you received a passport request letter and planned to send it via courier please prepare your original passport, a prepaid or self-addressed enevelope, the passport request letter, and a bank draft worth 165 SAR (courier fee 27 SAR, Passport Transmission fee 131 SAR, SMS Service Fee 7 SAR). In my case, i asked a friend to bring the payments by cash together with the printout of the paymnet instruction and an authorization letter. Right after the payment, i received an email containing my tracking number and it worked after 5-6 hours. I then checked my passport status and it says that the application has been forwarded to Canada Visa Office. The next day, i checked again and it states that the application is now being processed.
It will take 5 days to process the visa stamping in CVAC and they will notify you thru an sms and email when the passport is ready for collection or has been dispatched from the office.
For all of you guys applying TRV online for the first time and seeking informations please double check everything before submitting your documents, it will lessen your worries and for the hopeless nothing is impossible have faith and keep praying it worked a lot.
