online supervisa, received passport request , no medical request

we applied supervisa last week for my mother and today we received passport request but no medical request is this possible to get supervisa without medical exam ??? or do cic need passport to refuse a visa ??? thanks

1. You need a medical to get the super visa.
2. They don't require the passport to refuse.

Send them a case specific email, the email address is on the office's web site.

It is possible they could have just granted a visitor visa, not super visa. A visitor visa doesn't require a medical exam.

thanks for your reply friends.... finally this morning received Medical request.... my mother already submitted passport today. now she is going for medcal exam tomorrow . i have no idea how come PPR first and MR after

nothing after medical, i called doctor , if he did submit report yet, they havent found x-ray, so my mum will go for x-ray again tomorrow or may be monday . any news from ur parents ??

my parents got an email that their processed passport has been dispatched from the visa office to the visa application center. We would have to wait for passport to see if its approval or rejection.
