So you mean to say, since you have been staying in Dubai, most probably you will be exempted. As UAE does not requires medical exam. is it correct?

Now I know why propain calls you PhD expert , but why industrial engineering. I think you explained it a lot in your SOP to convince VO. Btw, I am in EE too major telecom.

I have also done major in wireless communication mainly 4G LTE. Industrial Engineering is a combination of mechanical, electrical as well as management majors. So my main focus was on management while writing the SOP where I had mentioned a few courses that are management related. And also going for MEng in EE would be a lot riskier as I already have done Masters in EE. That's the reason of selecting Industrial Eng which will give me engineering along with management expertise.
