Online study permit application got missing from MY CIC account , any advice ?

Hi everyone,

I applied my study permit online on November 18,2016 and got my emails of receipt of application.On November 19, I got an email stating my application has been updated and when I logged in there was no application in my submitted application sections. I called CIC and they told me that my application is in progress and this might be a technical issue.

My worry is that CIC will send me the approval of visa letter in myCIC account where I can't find my application anymore so is there any alternate way to get the communication? I have submitted 'report a technical issue" and IRCC webform. I even revoked my GCKey and tried to link application but it didn't work.

How can I proceed here? Should I submit a new application?

Any suggestions please?

JUST LINK YOUR APPLICATION IN YOUR ACCOUNT

I tried linking my application multiple times , its not working, that is why I am more worried because the approval letter will come in MYCIC account and I can't access it.

Same thing happened with me last week but i retrieve it
Make sure u filling all info as in application form
Double check course start end date in application form

Did your application also disappear just like mine without any reason?

And after how many days were you able to link it again?

I am using application number and last name option to link it but never works.
