online Status check not working.

Application sent in Feb, medicals done , I have received my AOR and all my file/client uci numbers but still can't track my application status online.
Please help, am I doing somethin wrong?

put - between UCI numbers ... XXXX-XXXX

Also, try small/capital letters in surname field.
