Online Spousal Application - Just Submitted

Hello,

I just submitted the spousal sponsorship application online. Is there no acknowledgement email that we receive? I understand we will receive AOR when the file gets picked for processing. But its been 10 mins since I submitted and there is nothing received on email about submission

I just see a green notification bar on the portal

Is this expected?

now Online submission takes a longer time. They are working slowly on it. Expect AOR 3-5 months

Yep, you'll get the AOR in 1-3 months based on current trends from which you'll use the application number to link it on the cic page and one other page to track the application and get updates about biometrics/medicals etc.

Don't want to be the party pooper but don't get your hope too high for getting AOR within a certain period of time. I applied online on Dec 1st 2021, got my pre - AOR/submission letter on Feb 22 2022. I've been waiting ever since with no updates from IRCC. I know other that have applied before me and still haven't gotten the submission letter yet. Anything can happen at this stage.

Personal photos if you meant under proof of relationship, you need picture of sponsor and PA of marriage rituals , holidays together , any other major occasion with multiple guest.

the spec for photos are specified in this below website , once you get the physical photo will all the necessary information on the backside , scan one photo facing up and one photo facing down . If sending mail in application include them with your application
