Online Receipt - Payer Info - Client DOB

Hi there, just paid the application fees to sponsor my spouse. As the Sponsor (and payer) I should but MY NAME in the Payer Information Sections but HIS DATE OF BIRTH in the 'Client date of birth' section?

Also we do not have a client ID for him. However, as I recently became canadian I have a UCI from that process, as the sponsor should I use this id?
