Did you check your online application. I have not reached that stage yet but as I understand from my friend who has received his stamped passports, there will be a status update in you application saying approved. Normally requesting for passport means your application is approved.
Did you get an email with subject as "Ready for Visa"? If that is so, you need to follow instructions as asked in the email. After you send the documents asked and if everything looks okay to them, they will update your status as approved, and send your documents with CoPR back to you.
