Online payments under the FSWP

Good day to all,

3 months ago I sent all required documents to update my application to add my new born daughter, today I received an email from LVO asking me to make the payment for the new born online as they don't accept credit card payments. I followed the link however a payment option under the FSW category is not available, this made me frustrated, will it be acceptable to pay the same fee under the family class and send the receipt number to LVO? could the officer be mistaken when he sent me the link?

Hello. Was it stated on the email that they dont accept credit card payments? Can you please share the link they sent you to make the payment. Im not sure how they want you to make an online payment but not with a credit card.. Thanks!

They explained that they don't accept credit cards at their office, when I sent the updated forms of my newborn I included the CIC fee payment form- in which I included my credit card details, in the same email I received from the VO they mentioned that this form was destroyed as they don't accept credit card payments in their office, they further explained that if I wish to use my credit card I should log into the link they provided and send them the receipt number (which will be sent to my email after making the payment online), however the FSW class is not on the choices listed for payments, below is the link they sent:

I have also been advised to pay the RPRF on the same link which is an available option.

I'm thinking to pay under the family class and sending the receipt number as this is the closest category, as my intention is to add a family member. Seniors please advise?

Thank you for the info now i understand how lvo wont accept credit card payments.

Hey im no senior but read this on the website's payment FAQs when i had payment questions myself:

"Q. 7: What do I do if the amount on the receipt is correct but I have checked the wrong service?

The receipt is not linked to a specific service. If the receipt is for the correct amount, you can submit it with your application regardless of the service you checked when you made the purchase online."

I am an applicant of FSW 2014. I have been asked to pay CAD 150 online for adding a dependent. however i could not find any specific category for adding a dependent for fsw under fee section. I was given the following link to visit and under the permanent residence head I found the following categories.

Please advice which category to be used for making the payment
