in the CIC requested letter, they advise me to make the payment online

Question 1: is there any option to mention application ID, if we not we can still pay online and uplaod the receipt on added documents

Like i paid for the Pr fees and also the biometric

But how biometric works like do i get an appointment letter and how long does it take
