Online Payment for Fee for Applications sent to CIO from Outside Canada- Help

Hi All,

I need urgent help in regards to online, payment. My application has been returned by CIO due to birth certificate issue, I have arranged birth certificates but my DD is about to expire.
So I am thinking to make an online payment, as it will be easy method.
When I navigated through CIC site, it still says for applications submitted inside Canada? Expert help here, can I make payment online?

I am not an expert but I saw this 2 days ago . Just check this link :

But to be very sure you can call CIC Call Center and can ask them this Question.

But at the following Link I read this :

Note: If you are a federal skilled worker, federal skilled tradesperson, or a federal investor, you must send payment to the Centralized Intake Office in Sydney, Nova Scotia, Canada. You cannot pay online.

Actually I am outside Canada, so cant call CIC call center ? Can any body from inside canda help here??

If you have a Credit Card then
Fill out the Fee Payment Form (IMM 5620) in the application package and include it with your application.

Base on your question, you could make your payment on internet if it is provincial applications. Please, check the application guide or checklist for provincial application for more details. There are about 2 method of payment options for provincial application, 1.Payment of fees on the internet (2) Payment of fees using the Fee Payment Form(i.e. by bank draft, certified cheque or money order or with credit card)
