@Speaklouder can't say. I have seen both of them taking long processing time here in Pakistan. Most consultants advice to apply online as you will yourself scan the documents while in paper they will be scanned in Islamabad and sent to UAE. Are you accepted for Jan intake? if so defer it for May if possible as there is not enough time left for you to apply.
