My father (79) gave his interview today (June 11) and does not require a Citizenship test or language proficiency. He wants to go to BC to visit my brother but we are not sure when the oath ceremony will take place. For online, he can do it in BC and will be much easier for him. In-person he will have to fly back to ON and by that time I will be away on summer vacations.
For looking at the application timeline it seems that the ceremony is happening around 1-1.5 months after the interview.
