online fee payment return for higher skilled migration P?

Hi all!
I have mistakenly paid my application fee online for application of higher skilled migration program.
My application is returned and I have no idea how to get return?
Can any body help or give an idea?

I got this address after querying by post to the centralized Intake office Nova Scotia Canada

You can apply for your refund and at the same time make a fresh immi application with a bank draft/credit card.
