Hi guys i need help, i did a 2-year program but on my final semester i failed one course and the school advised me to take the course online with another university since the course was not offered at my college in that coming semester so instead of waiting to do it the following year i took it online.the immigration lawyer told me that I'm no longer eligible for a postgraduate work permit and i should enroll in the new program for another 2 years again.i applied for study permit extension was refused now i want to apply for restoration, should i apply for PGWP as well or enroll in a new program. I'm just confused guys help me.

So if you took only one course online, then you should be fine.
To apply for a PGWP you must have a valid study permit and also apply within 90 days of finishing your program.
Okay thanks so how can i restore my status now so that i will be able to apply for PGWP since I'm now done with school.
