I did the online citizenship test and passed. I also showed my Permanent Resident Card at beginning of test. Yet, today, I got an email saying I didn't provide a clear valid Photo ID.
"As per the requirements of the Online Citizenship Test, you are required to provide clearly visible, valid photo ID to confirm your identity at the beginning of your test. Despite having been notified of having passed the test, this mandatory requirement was not met and as a result your test results had to be invalidated. You will need to be retested and you will be receiving a new invitation, during which you must provide a valid photo ID."
Anyone encountered a similar problem? My PR card photo was taken 5 years ago, so I look a bit different today. Not sure whether that's the reason why they didnt consider my PR card valid. Maybe I should have used a more recent card (health card where photo was taken a year ago). Kinda frustrated that I have to retake the exam again
