Online Citizenship Test Complete Confirmation

Hi folks,

I need help from the people who gave online citizenship test. My wife gave the test online today. And as soon as she saw on the screen that she passed the exam, she closed the browser without even reading anything further. We are worried that maybe there was any other step afterwards like some kind of confirmation she had to do. We did not receive any email afterwards. I understand that IRCC usually sends email after checking the test that there was no cheating happened. But do people receive any kind of confirmation on email right after completing the online test?

Can anyone please confirm the process that she did not miss anything and that seeing the "Pass" message on the screen was the end of the process?

If she saw something like "Congratulations, you've passed the test" and her score, everything is fine. There is no automatic confirmation after the test. You'll have to push a button that reads "Email test results" to receive an email. But its okay even if she didn't do that.

exactly what happened to myself last Friday. no automatic e-mail from them on completion of test. Status has not been changed online yet. still says I need to write the test. hope I didn't miss a step and that the tracker soon confirms completion of online test.

Hi guys, I have the same case. Wrote the test in Dec, 2022 and got the score at the end. But I didn't receive any email and status still shows "scheduled for test". Any thoughts?

Call IRCC and get the issue resolved.
