I have a photo for citizenship before knowing about online application and I am trying to scan it but the quality is not perfect but it is clear enough though.
Also there are couple small grey dots when you zoom in the photo in the white background ( not very noticable)
I really can’t take another photo right now during covid and take off my mask indoor.
will they accept the photo or not?
