Online Citizenship Application Photo Requirement Confusion

Hi,
I am confused about the digital photo requirement. On the online application it says MAX size of 420 x 540 pixels as below:

  • maximum file size of 4 MB
  • maximum image size of 420 x 540 pixels
  • file format of JPEG, JPG or JPEG 2000
While on the link below, it says should be AT LEAST 420 by 540 pixels vs MAX size of 420 x 540 pixels above, which one to use?

Additional requirements for digital photos
Digital photos must also meet the following requirements:
  • JPG or JPEG file format with minimal compression
    • It must be saved directly from the camera without any changes to the original file
  • at least 420 by 540 pixels
  • approximately 240 kB in file size, but no more than 4 MB

The UPS store provided me a digital photo 1508X2111 pixels and they said this is done automatically by their system for Citizenship digital photos.

While 1508X2111 pixels meets the requirement under canada.ca, it doesn't meet the requirement under the online application photo requirement.

Let's put the requirement side by side:
so there is clearly a discrepancy and I am confused.

i made that same mistake and tried to edit the digital photo the store gave me...

I didn't read "LEAST" properly..

The file they gave u is correct...

I learnt the hard way.

Thank you for the reply. But then shouldn't they change the word "maximum image size of 420 x 540 pixels" to "minimum image size of 420 x 540 pixels" under the online application to match the word "at least" under canada.ca link?

At Least ? minimum size" means the same thing really...
