Online Check status of my application

Today I have checked online status of my application its saying Visa Office eligibility review complete.
Is it positive or what does it mean?
Its also saying In Process

Hi anupshinkoo,

How does it show both cases ? " Visa office eligibility review complete" and at the same time "In Process" ?

Becuase there is only one main link in the online status and when you click on that you see the details about your application, and the main link should be either "Visa office eligibility review complete" OR "In Process".

Unfortunatly i do not have a definit answer for that. They might ask you for more documents, anyway, wish you the best of luck.

I want to tell you that
I have checked online status of my application and there are three lines to check it

1. Application Received at outside canada
2. Application received within Canada
3. Application received sydney novoscotia

At the very first it only showing in Process

and at the third that novoscotia one it is saying as:
Visa office eligibility review complete and saying that your application is eligible and is in process

The three lines which you are talking about are not the status of your application, they are a general description and explanation of steps and scenarios that applications might go through in general.

Your status is the link written inside the blue box beside your name which is only one link, that is why i told you it should be either "In Process" or "Visa office eligibility review complete", and when you click on that link, you see details about your application specifically with dates like:

we received your application for the permanent residence on ......

we reviewed your application and sent you a letter on......

we transfered your application to the .......visa office on.....

and so on.....

so which one of of the above two mentioned links shows inside the box beside your name ?

IN PROCESS In Process
Based on review of your complete application package, it has been determined that your application is eligible for processing.
Processing has begun.

DECISION MADE (A decision has been made at this point.)
Medical Results Received by CIC
We have received your medical results. We will contact you only if additional tests are needed.
Approval Status Determined
Your application will be either approved or rejected. We will inform you of the decision in writing.
Permanent Residence Status Determined
