Online Applications: what is the processing time and which branch processes it?

I have been pulling my hair out all week!
it tells you the processing times for all embassies but doesnt mention online applications!!!
how could they forget to mention that????
if the online applications are assigned to an embassy, how do you know which one???

If it's by citizenship then I am South African = Pretoria embassy (9 days)
if it's by residence then I am a permanent resident of Australia = Canberra Embassy
if it's by where you were residing when you apply, I was im San Diego = Los Angeles embassy (29 days)

So miserable. cant call anyone ;'(
