HI, I submitted my application online in October and below is the status on the portal. Please advise what can I do to expedite the applciation, orwhat are the timelines I should have in mind?

You should have reciever AOR . Have you checked your inbox? Then with your UCI you can create tracker account and track your application’s progress

I am into the same situation- I submitted my online application on October 11th and portal is showing submitted but no AOR.

I got email for citizenship test though after filling the webform which i completed on Feb 3rd and no progress since then. I am actually confused Citizenship test without AOR doesn't make much sense.

It seems like paper based applications are getting processed faster as compared to online application and could be due to the officers who are processing the citizenship applications may not be very computer friendly.

Hi - as quoted, I applied on Oct 16. Never received an AOR so raised it via webform couple days back (on Mar 8), and received a request for citizenship test via email today. My online application still shows:

Status of your application: Submitted for our review
Submitted on: October 15, 2022

I still haven't received the AOR, so I'm a little confused - please assist with the next steps. Thanks a lot!

Hi! You should have definitely received AOR if you applied online… how strange! Did you test invite include your UCI number? If it did, you can create an account with the IRCC tracker to check the actual status of your application (it’s a different portal from the one you used to submit the app in the first place): https://tracker-suivi.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login
