I am preparing my application for citizenship and have some questions, may be some of you have some experience to help
(A)Travel Dates - I had to travel a lot in last few years (because of work and personal situations). I don't have tickets for all my travel to be sure of dates (specially work ones). What level of accuracy is required? I feel I may have delta of a day
(B)Absence from Canada - Because of my health issues (Thank you to my last employer) I travelled to see my parents for almost 5 months. There are two situations with this
1. I moved out of my house on 31st May(QC). Stayed with a friend for 4 days (ON), travelled to home country on 5th June. Should I be mentioning friend's address for those 5 days? No rent was paid for those 5 days in June, I was a guest
2. During my income tax filing the following year, I forgot to submit record of employment and didn't mention to my tax consultant about the situation. Just gave him T4 to file my taxes. Will this be a problem?
(C)Photo Spec -
1. My photo is in jpg format. Is it okay? Shall I change it to jpeg, is it any problem to do so?
2. The photo service team gave me electronic receipt, it has date and time but its not stamped. It does not have my name. Is this is needed? Is it okay to fill the name by hand, stamp as they would regularly do for physical applications and then scan
3. Is it okay to add the receipt under the "additional doc" section?
(D) Address Change -
I am moving to another address in same province in next 3 months, how easy or difficult is it to get it changed?
