online application specific visa office instruction

hi, do you still have to fill up those forms on the SPECIFIC VISA OFFICE INSTRUCTIONS of a certain visa office if you are applying online? I dont see any checklists generated when trying to complete an application online, but these checklists are mandatory when submitting an application on paper. this is for a work permit application.thanks for your inputs.

There was no information(tick mark box) in my work permit application. I am also want to known which office processed the online application.
