ONLINE APPLICATION - No email confirmation

Hello,

After getting my paper application returned, I applied for citizenship online about a month ago.
I received a payment confirmation right away... however,
I never received an email confirmation that the application has been submitted (which is not the same as AOR)



How can I know that it was submitted? Anybody have a phone number where I canget assistance?
