Online application lost in the system

My uncle appplied online on march 29 for trv. No response so sent CSE and got reply saying application not found and said might have lost in the system. We sent exact application number what the gave given us. There is confirmation of two messages submitted and application number is given. And it say still your application is in progress. At first i thought i gave them wring number but when i checked n compared it frim CGKEY account, ts the same number they have given

That's odd.

Anyway, it was way too soon to send a CSE. TRVs can take up to 12 weeks to be processed. You are in week 5. Be patient.
