Online Application is stuck in "Processing Application" phase

Hi guys!

I've just sent in an online application for a work permit. Unfortuantely, when i sent in the application it said payment failed and then I tried to go back, only to find my application details sate: Processing Application.

Now its 12am and the last day for the LMIA has expired. So, what are my options?
