Online application for stay extension

Trying to apply online for visitor stay extension, but not successful.

I seemed to have missed one or two steps. I did got the code(
personal†reference†code), but I was not asked to use it when I signed in.

However, I have completed to upload all documents, but could not find the step to submit them!

Could anyone kindly give me some suggestions?

Possibly you are missing a required doc, everything needs to be complete for the submit to appear. Or just start over.
