Online application for PRTD?

Hi,

I was recently talking to someone who works in the Immigration section of Canadian Embassy where I live. (Very randomly and unexpectedly). She told me that it was now possible to apply for PRTDs through an online application. (Not email but an actual online application). But I'm just not able to figure out how to do this...

Has anyone else heard of this new feature or tried it? Any advice on how to access it?

Unfortunately she did not provide it and I don't have a way of recontacting her... Which is why I posted the question on this forum

It is online only and you have to download the form fill it, sign scan and send it on email by attaching the scanned application, fee receipt, passport copies (current passport and passport used in last five years - all pages including the blank pages and completed documents check list).
