Online application for PR under CEC

Hi Experts

Can you please comment if online application is possible for PR under CEC? I checked the website http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/my_application/apply_online.asp but can see that there is no such option for PR application. Is paper application the only option for applying for PR under CEC? Experts please help.
