Online application: Family Info 5707 or 5645?

Please somebody help me out? I will be applying online for Visit Visa and from the local VFS country of residence Saudi Arabia, I am asked to fill the form Family Info 5707 but through online application, I am asked for Family info 5645 so in this case what do I do?

The online application is sometimes different from the paper application. If you are applying online, you are given a checklist in your application.

Yeah but when I visited the local VFS office they informed me that Family Information 5645 is outdated and the new one is 5707 so in this case should I fill 5707 instead and upload the same even though they have asked for 5645? Please help.

You need to decide if you're applying online or by paper, and use what the checklist tells you to use.
