Hello, I started today an online application to renew my PR card (https://prson-srpel.apps.cic.gc.ca/) but I got a bug where the button to click on to submit a photo is greyed out. I cannot submit a photo. However, I can submit the back of the photo without issue.
Do you know how to resolve that bug ?
