Online Application approved but haven't received any letter in my account

I applied for the temporary visit for study permit in Canada. It has been approved since last week but I haven't received letter regarding the instructions of sending passport in for visa stamp. Its been a week I haven't got anything in mycic account neither mail. I called them so many times but because of heavy calls they are unable to transfer the calls to the operator for further information. Should I wait?

Same thing happened with me. I applied online on June 02 and received approval letter (POE letter) on June 10. but since that time I didn't receive any instruction to give biometrics or to submit passport!!!

Any body in the same boat?? Is this something normal?
