My program involves an internship which will require a work permit. The online application asks to upload a letter saying that and the letter of acceptance. For me, the letter of acceptance states that I need to work to obtain the degree. Should I upload the same letter twice (once for LOA and another for proof of work requirement)??

Hi ...

Same observation , since these 2 requirements are contained in one LOA, I posted mine twice - 1 as LOA ( i titled 'LOA') and 2nd as Proof of work requirement (which i named 'proof of work requirement').

I filed it on-line on March 3 and i got a 'acknowledgement of submission' on the same day and got the 'request for medical' on March 4.

I underwent the medical examination at St. Luke Extension (costs P5,250) on March 18 and was told that the result will be forwarded to Canada ( or Canadian Embassy in Manila ) in 2 - 3 weeks time.
