Online application and language proofs

I'm getting ready to submit my paperwork online and I'm just trying to figure out what document to use for English proficiency. I'm not sure I can convince my high school to send a PDF version of my transcript. They are really fussy that my records are only valid if submitted to wherever in a sealed envelope. It's been this way any other time I've requested it. Is there a letter I can have them write or some document other than that I can use? I don't really want to pay for and sit for an exam. Basically, I've had so much trouble with them in the past I'm trying to avoid mailing anything. I figured online would be better. TIA

Dont you have a copy of your Secondary or Post-secondary school certificate? You can use that it as a Proof of Language as far it says Medium of Instruction was English then that should be enough

I think I do have it. I'll look into it and see what it says. It's still at my parents' place.
