ONIP master stream and job offer

I finished my masters degree 1 year ago in Canada and now I have a permanent job offer in Ontario. My employer has not gone through the LMIA process and I don’t have the LMIA point. Do I need a LMIA point for applying through ONIP streams? Has anyone have the same experience to share? I’d appreciate it.

If you are applying through ONIP Masters stream, you need not have any job offer. Though you score points for earning history.

You are eligible for ONIP Masters Stream right after graduation without any job offer. There have been seven draws for ONIP Masters Stream this year, and the most recent one was two days back on December 21, 2022.

You need to apply within two years of completing your degree.

Thank you for the response. Yes I know for the master stream there’s no need for a job offer. But there are other streams that need job offer. I have a job offer and I want to apply through them as well. I want to know do I need LMIA factor for the job offer in OINP streams?
