ONIP HELP PLEASE!!!

Hello guys,
I have recently created an e-filling profile to apply for Ontario province nominee program under Employer Job Offer Streams. While I created my profile I accidentally made an error with regards of my name. I have put my first name as my first name and middle name. Now while I was filling up my basic information I cant change my information. Please help!

For change of name, fill up the Change of Personal Information form then send to ontarionominee@ontario.ca (page 20 on the guide)
