One way ticket or round trip for super visa

Dear all, i need ur help. Please answer my questions if u have the same situation.

My mom holds a super visa. She wants to stay in canada for maximum 2 years. Can i buy her one way ticket? Is it any trouble with one way ticket when she arrives at the border?
