One reference number with multiple envelopes

I have received WES reference number by entering secondary, higher secondary, bachelors degree(4 years), advance diploma (1year). I have received the transcript in sealed envelope for bachelors degree. However it will take time for advanced diploma documents. I have below queries to clear.

Do I need to send all separate envelopes or all envelopes in one will work?
Can I send bachelors first and other after sometime?
Do I need to send secondary certificates too in the seald envelope?

Advance diploma having one year grade card, so do I need transcript as well?

1. You can send all envelopes in a larger envelope. I did the same.
2. You can, but ideally, yo should have applied only once you had all in hand. This will definitely cause a significant delay in processing.
3. I did not send any documents for secondary education. AFAIK, ECA is only for university-level degrees. It is presumed that you had to complete secondary (or whatever is relevant in your country) education before getting in the University.
