Hi guys,
My question today is about education criteria :
Sorry if it popped up before :-[
One of the options in the cic wizard is "Two or more certificates, diplomas or degrees, one of which must be of longer than 3 years."
I've been reading various articles on that and even the instruction for immigration officers doesn't mention the minimum length of the second program. Does it have to be 1 year or longer? I have a diploma from a community college in BC, but the program lasted for 10 month (not full time). Can I count it as a second diploma in this case? (Provided I already have Bachelor's).
