Hi Asivad,

I have read in previous replies of yours that, if there is no ECA and if there is no ielts score for Spouse then its best to not enter anything in that section at all. Is that correct Asivad ? Please advise !

I have 943 points and got invitation already with yesterdays draw.

Even in the Express Entry i did not enter any education or work experience fields for my spouse who is Polish and although she has a masters degree and is working right now, she has no ECA and no IELTS.

So i took your advice and in the Post ITA application also, when asked about education history, i chose NO and in work history also I chose NO. This shouldnt be a problem right ?

Thank you lots again !
Gman.

This won't be a problem. None of those are mandatory.

Alternatively, you can choose to mention that your spouse has a Master's degree and that they do not have an ECA for that and upload their degree where required. In such a case, the officer will simply ignore your spouse's degree (in the absence of ECA) and not award you points for that section. Amounts to the same thing.

All the best!

1- My wife is working as home tutor, privately provide tuition to students at home. In her work history I have mentioned her related NOC and job as "self employed", the system is asking now to upload her experience certificate so that system can calculate her points but I didn't include her any points in my application.

2- She has TWO visits to Dubai..
1st visit is for tourism purpose from Pakistan to Dubai from 31-08-2013 to 29-10-2013.
2nd visit is from 20-11-2013 to 11-01-2014 for employment purpose.

These visits are discontinuously and if a person calculate those months, they are not equal to 6 months. But in PCC field, they are asking "Police Certificates (Multiple)..?

What do I have to upload in "Marriage Licence/Certificate" and in "Relationship Proof"..?? aren't both same? is it related to my documents?
Also, one more thing is "Family member proof of status".. what is it for?

Either remove that work experience from your profile or upload any document you have. In both cases, the officer will summarily refuse you any points for that section because the experience was acquired outside Canada. That section is irrelevant to your application.

Have they lived anywhere else except for Pakistan for more than 6 months in a row? PCC (Multiple) is a generic message to everyone, it isn't customized to each applicant. If they have to submit only 1 PCC just do that and ignore the 'multiple' bit.

They are different. Proof of Relationship is about your Canadian relative.
