Hello All,

I need one more help regarding my visit

Actually I made a short landing in Ontario in September 2015 and after spending 5 days I came back to my home country and very next month I got married.

Now after more than 1.5 years , now I would be migrating to Canada permanently next month ( May 2017 )

1. Will this long gap can be a issue ?

2. what type of question I can expect from the officer from landing ?

3. How should I need to respond ?

PS :- I received my PR card and it is with me

The residency obligation is 2 years out of 5 years so having only been away for 1.5 years you should have no issues at all. You have your PR card so you should expect no issues from CBSA even if they ask you about travel. Check the procedure for what you need to declare either accompanying goods or shipment.

You say you got married so what is the status of your spouse are you then intending to sponsor after you have returned ?
