One Family email Address without 'Use of Representative' Form

Hello folks,

I have realized that we gave same email address on my application and on my spouse's application. We sent both applications in the one envelope without attaching a 'use of representative' form authorizing any of us.

since each of us filled own applications, and we did not fill the "use of representative form", do you think we should have used two separate email addresses for each application?

Do you think IRCC might return the applications for missing that form? Appreciate your views....

Thanks for your prompt response. So you used the same email address even for your adult family members or they were minors?

Yeah i did, you will receive a seprate email for each members .. seprate AOR... so nothing to worry..
